Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our ongoing marketing and SEO engagements require a minimum commitment of six (6) months.

By beginning services with Starcean Solutions, the client acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
All ongoing SEO and digital marketing packages are structured around a minimum six-month engagement.
This commitment exists because meaningful digital growth requires:

The six-month period allows sufficient time for the strategy to be implemented, monitored, optimized, and evaluated properly.
Clients should therefore not enter into an ongoing marketing agreement if they are only looking for one or two months of service.
Starcean Solutions maintains competitive pricing for its services.
Any special discount, reduced rate, promotional price, bundled pricing, complimentary service, or other concession offered to a client is provided based on the expectation of a long-term working relationship and the agreed engagement period.
A discounted rate should not be interpreted as our standard pricing.
If a client receives special pricing because of a six-month or longer commitment and subsequently chooses to discontinue the engagement before completing the agreed commitment, Starcean Solutions reserves the right to withdraw any special pricing or concessions and apply the applicable standard pricing or other remedies specified in the signed agreement.
SEO and digital marketing are not instant-result services.
Search engines need time to crawl, process, index, and evaluate website content. Rankings can also be affected by competition, website history, domain authority, technical factors, search-engine algorithms, content quality, industry demand, and many other factors outside the agency’s control.
New content may take days or longer to be crawled and indexed, and ranking improvements may take several weeks or months.
Meaningful SEO results commonly develop gradually rather than appearing immediately.

Marketing should therefore be viewed as an investment in long-term business growth, rather than an immediate guaranteed return.
Successful marketing requires cooperation from both the agency and the client.
Clients may be required to provide information, photographs, videos, branding materials, service details, business information, approvals, access credentials, testimonials, offers, pricing, or other content necessary to execute the agreed strategy.
If requested materials are delayed or not provided, the implementation of the marketing strategy may also be delayed.
Starcean Solutions will not be responsible for delays or reduced performance caused by the client’s failure to provide required information, approvals, access, or content in a timely manner.
Where website development is provided together with an ongoing SEO or marketing package, the website and marketing strategy may be developed as part of the same long-term growth plan.
Special website pricing, discounts, complimentary work, or reduced development fees may be offered based on the client’s commitment to the associated ongoing marketing agreement.
If the client terminates the associated long-term engagement before the agreed commitment is completed, Starcean Solutions reserves the right to suspend ongoing services and, where applicable, suspend or unpublish a website that is being hosted, maintained, managed, or provided as part of the ongoing service arrangement, subject to the terms of the applicable service agreement.
If a client requests that services be stopped before the completion of the agreed six-month commitment, the request will be treated as an early termination of the agreed engagement.
Simply choosing not to continue payment does not automatically cancel the client’s contractual commitment.
If a client stops payment, refuses to fulfill the agreed commitment, or instructs Starcean Solutions to stop services before the agreed term is completed, Starcean Solutions may:
Any website ownership, domain ownership, hosting ownership, intellectual property, source files, or third-party accounts will be handled according to the specific terms agreed with the client.
If a client requests cancellation during an active billing period, services already paid for will generally continue until the end of that paid period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All payments made to Starcean Solutions are non-refundable once payment has been received. No refunds will be issued for payments already made, including payments for services, packages, website development, marketing, SEO, or any other agreed work, subject to applicable law and the terms of the specific written agreement.
The cancellation of future services does not automatically invalidate amounts already due under the client’s agreed engagement.
Starcean Solutions takes its work seriously and is committed to delivering the strategy, work, and services agreed upon with each client.
Where a specific performance objective or result has been expressly committed to in writing, and the client has fully complied with their responsibilities under the agreement, Starcean Solutions may provide additional services at no additional professional-service fee until the agreed objective is achieved, subject to the limitations and conditions of the individual client agreement.
This does not constitute a guarantee of revenue, sales, profit, customers, rankings, or any result controlled by third parties such as Google, Meta, or other advertising/search platforms unless specifically stated in writing.
Starcean Solutions does not control Google, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other third-party platform.
Search-engine algorithms, advertising platforms, policies, ranking systems, indexing processes, account approvals, and platform features may change at any time.
Accordingly, Starcean Solutions cannot guarantee:
We can guarantee our professional work and agreed deliverables, but no responsible agency can guarantee outcomes entirely controlled by third-party platforms and market conditions.
This policy is publicly available on the Starcean Solutions website and is intended to ensure transparency before a client begins working with us.
Clients are expected to review this policy before purchasing or commencing ongoing services.
By proceeding with an ongoing service agreement, the client acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to review the applicable service terms, including the minimum engagement period, payment obligations, SEO timeline, client responsibilities, and early-termination provisions.

Individual proposals, contracts, invoices, statements of work, or written agreements may contain additional terms specific to a particular client or project.
Where a signed written agreement contains terms that specifically differ from this general policy, the signed agreement will govern that particular engagement.
